These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our websites and digital platforms, including Developing Decoders Digital and Structured Literacy with E.A.S.E. Digital (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using our Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Laprea Education Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
   
   
2. Description of Service
   Laprea Education Inc. offers access to educational resources for classroom instruction via its websites and platforms. New features that enhance current offerings are subject to these Terms. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access.
   
   
3. License Usage
   Each digital license (Developing Decoders or Structured Literacy with E.A.S.E.) grants access to specific instructional content and is valid for use by a single teacher/classroom. Shared logins are prohibited and may result in license termination without refund. Licenses must remain active for continued use of any downloaded content. Digital Interactive Readers support up to 36 students per teacher. Additional access may be granted upon request.
   
   
4. Restrictions on Use
   The Service may not be used on any third-party digital training platform for revenue generation. Unauthorized commercial use, including tutoring or reselling content, will result in termination without refund.
   
   
5. Modifications to Service
   We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such changes.
   
   
6. Third-Party Services and Advertisers
   We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or links accessed via our platform. Engagements with advertisers or sponsors are solely between you and the third party.
   
   
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Use of our Service is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, revenue loss, or system failure.
   
   
9. Exclusions and Limitations
   Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
   
   
10. Intellectual Property
    All content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Laprea Education Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
    
    
11. Non-Waiver
    Failure to enforce any term of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce it later.
    
    
12. Severability
    If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
    
    
13. Indemnification
     You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laprea Education Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
    
    
14. Submitted Materials
    Comments, feedback, or other submissions may be used by Laprea Education Inc. without restriction unless marked "not for publication" and "confidential."
    
    
15. Privacy Policy
    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
    
    
16. Refund and Cancellation Policy

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    This Agreement is governed by New York law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York. Jury trial is waived. Arbitration may apply where enforceable.
    
    
18. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Laprea Education Inc.
